Also, we can provide Crude Oil, to a refinery buyer and we must have the refinery registration number. We purchase product for our three topping plants located in Bremerhaven, Hamburg and Antwerp then distribute finished "street legal" product to our retail network in Germany, Belgium, Austria and German side of Switzerland on a bi-weekly basis. We have opportunity to obtain additional which we sell at a profit to Vitol or Total and in some cases to qualified secondary market buyers. We always own the product we sell. Please keep in mind; we do not need any payment instrument in advance. After we load the product the buyer gets whole POP package of loaded product, and then only after verification, buyer places Payment instrument. The buyer receives Full POP in 3 days, max in 5 days after buyers bank sends to as Commitment to pay for verified product by SWIFT. Also Buyer can send Agent to the loading port and have their presence during the loading. As far as I know, you will not find any supplier who is supplying from Russia, who will load the product without Buyers Payment Instrument in place. We are the only Seller for Oil products who does not require payment instrument in advance.
