PROCEDURE:
*Buyer sends signed LOI on buyer's letterhead, including
preliminary banking information.
*Seller sends draft contract(s).
* Buyer signs contract(s) and returns contract(s) along with BCL
from TOP 50 PRIME WORLD BANK + draft copy of L/C.
*Seller reviews L/C and notifies buyer.
*Buyer opens L/C in seller's favour.
*Seller posts PB.
*Shipment takes place as per schedule
