In the case of organic coffee, are certified by BCS Oko-Garantie, a German certification, internationally recognized.Our coffee beans are packed in packages with modified atmosphere (nitrogen) and tube - all in order to maintain the quality of the grains, preventing oxidation.Our ground coffees are packaged in vacuum and then placed in a box, we will go to the shelf.Our coffee sachets follow the Italian technology ESE - Easy espresso service.
