M/s Gee Cee Chemicals is geographically located in Nasik India, in Sinner Taluka. The firm is registered with District Industries Center (DIC), Nasik in 1987. The factory produces FACTICE( Sulphurised Vegitable Oil), which is used in Rubber Industries manufacturing Bicycles & Moped Tubes, Printing and Rice Rollers, Special quality Hoses, Erasers, automotive rubber parts, moulded & extruded goods. Some of our valued customers are: The factory has about 35-40 customers in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The product is also exported through traders. The raw materials used for manufactuiring factice are non edible and edible oil like Karanjia Oil, Castor Oil, Rap seed Oil. Other materials are sulphur Powder, Calcium Carbonate, Whiting and accelerators. Machinery used for manufacturing are; Electrical Thermic oil Heating Unit, Tilting MS Reactors, Disintegrator, Pulvariser and MS Tray. The Factory has 52 H.P. Electrical Power connected. Manufacturing Process. Oil is heated and sulphur is added, reaction takes place at elevated temperature. After completion of reaction, material is discharged in M.S. Trays, where, after cooling, it becomes spongy Rubber Type of Product. It is then cut and packed in HDFE printed bags for dispatch.
