Inception
GBC Catering was incepted in 2012 & was finally operational on Jan 10th, 2014. GBC Production facility is product unit of GINNYS a 25-year-old known name in Retail Bakery & Cake trade in Dubai. Built over 5000 sqft the facility is going to be HACCP & ISO 22000 compliant by the second half of the year. The list of machines range from:

The facility has the capacity to produce 35000 -40000 units weighing approx 50grams - 75grams. The initial products we have started to develop & offer our potential clients are:
