In the last 30 years since the opening-up and reform of China, a large number of successful Chinese enterprises and industrialists have emerged. Objectively speaking, the industrialists of the first generation who have been created by the opening-up and reform have reached their old age, including both the state-owned enterprises and private businesses. It has become a major subject that has attracted great attention from society whether the industrialists of the younger generation can successfully inherit from the old generation for the continual growth of the enterprises. During the 10th anniversary of Hurun Report which was established in 1999, it has summarized the fortunes of the industrialists and has held the prize awarding ceremony for the 10th anniversary. Mr Leung Chiuyin has become a star during this ceremony who has successfully inherited the respectable business from the older generation. Galanz was a small township textile business that was established by industrialists of the first generation in the 70s and 80s and it was built into the champion in the microwave ovens industry in the 90s by industrialists of the first and second generations.
