FurnitDepot.com is the largest online wood products manufacturer/ wholesaler. We can take and craft any order and design from different kinds of wood and related materials specified by our customers/ partners. In short, as our valued customer/ partner, all you need to do is to select products from our extensive categories, or supply us with your own ideas of custom designs, or even just send us links of designs you have seen elsewhere on the web, and we will take care of everything else for you.
In order to get the work done nicely and inexpensively, we import craftmanship mostly from Asia and other developing countries who have expertise in wood working. Our job is to guarantee every finished product meeting the highest industrial standards of quality while keeping its production cost as low as possible. (As an experienced wholesaler, we understand that all business successes come down to quality and price of the final products - so we always try to find and meet the optimal point of these two values to satisfy our partners' demands and help them succeed).
Shortly after you have submitted the order, you will get an email from our sales team discussing sales terms and conditions, and providing you with all other necessary information like the order's total cost and estimated timeframe. We DO NOT charge you right after you place an order or before you understand all perpectives of the project. Upon agreement from both sides, we will start processing the whole project. You could always follow its progress in the customer's area.
Regularly we only charge a small part of the total cost upfront, and finish the rest after you have received your full order. The detail would be included in our wholesale policy, and also depend on various factors - for example the size and complication of each project.
After receiving the order, if you are not satisfied with our products' or services' quality, you could cancel the whole order and return them to our warehouse. We will gladly accept returns with legitimate reasons. Although we also require our partners to take part of the responsibility in each project, we would also like our partners to understand that as a manufacturing/ wholesaling business, we focus a lot more on forming long term relationships than earning short term benefits - since that's what makes a wholesaler successful. Therefore, we would rather take all risks than leave any to our partners.
