Fujian Minhang Electronics Co., Ltd. is a key enterprise in China specializing in the development and production of integrated circuit ceramic package shell. It is a state-level large-scale integrated circuit high-density packaging national key industrial test base, has more than 30 years history and advanced equipment, strong technology, best product quality in ceramic package industry. We can develop and produce CLCC, CQFP, CPGA, CBGA, CDIP, CFP, MCM series of nearly 100 kinds of integrated circuit ceramic package shell. From 2000 onwards, the company developed 45 new military products (48 varieties), three series of spectrum (24 varieties) and military standard products. These products are widely used in aerospace, aviation, navigation, national important weapons and equipment and various types of civilian electronic products and other areas; has made outstanding achievements, of which four products reached the domestic leading level, 13 products reached the domestic advanced level. Company ceramic shell military production line has 60 management, production, inspection staff. Ceramic shell production line successfully passed the GJB546A-96 Electronic Components Quality Assurance Program on-site certification in January 2008. Also passed the GB / T19001-2008 and GJB9001A-2001 quality management system on-site certification on July 12, 2009.
