I was born surrounded by fields of olive trees. I now work the land and grow them. I can assure you that there isn&＃39;t a greater pleasure every year than the reward of the first smells of the oil when it is being pressed or when I see the first drops of it on top of a slice of toast and enjoy this delicious oil produced with real loving care.So, it is for me a real pleasure to present this extra virgin olive oil Fruit Nature which has become the star among our most typical Mediterranean dishes on our tables.I can assure you that from these lands reflected along the banks of the Ebrus, I will carry on the traditions, cultivating these lands, tending the olive trees with dedication and loving care, with pride and commitment, and the rewards of this toil will enable me to offer you the end product; an ecological and organic high quality virgin olive oil that we call Fruit Nature.Our oil is unique and has a particular taste, because the cultivation of olive fields is still done by using the same systems, production and elaborate methods that our ancestors used, based mainly on ecologic and organic farming methods.But, the main reason that makes extra virgin olive oil Fruit Nature a product of superior quality and different to the rest is the careful extraction of the olive juice, out of very early fruit, sacrificing quantity in favour of quality, pressing the olives every day guarantees an oil full of different tastes and flavours. These are the flavours the olives release when they are not yet completely mature.However, it is not only this fact that makes extra virgin olive oil Fruit Nature so different a product.Varieties used are one of the oldest in Spain, allowing us to achieve the production of an oil full of aromatic connotations that reminds us of almond and green nut flavours. It&＃39;s very clear and transparent, without any hint of cloudiness. It has a yellowish colour of light-medium intensity. It&＃39;s easy on the palate, slightly spicy, which makes it unique and exclusive.
