First of all, myself, along with the Dai Cuong Group Joint Stock Company (Fortex) I would like to thank you all for this opportunity to introduce our company and products. Today I am going to present to you some general information about the company and of course, introduce the yarn.From the time the company was established in 2002 up until now Fortex has been known as one of the leading yarn manufactures in Vietnam. This is because of our strict requirement on quality. In order to provide the best products to large companies in Vietnam and worldwide, we have invested in and upgraded modern, new generation production lines from reputable machine suppliers. The C60 carding machine, the E66 combing machine, the RSB D40 drawing machine, the G35 ring spinning machine from Reiter, the DX8 drawing machine from Toyota, and the 21C auto cone winding machine from Murata. Parallel with investment in modern production lines, we have also invested in a quality management center with Ulster Tester 5 testing machine and skillful technicians.Or a number of state of the art machines for producing the best quality for turning cotton into yarn for clothing production.Our yarn includes Polyester, rayon, and cotton materials. The material is of a high quality because it is imported from very reputable suppliers in Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, India, America, and Africa. For capacity, Fortex has 110,000 spindles with a monthly capacity of 1,600 tons. 70 percent of the product volume is exported to Korea, Turkey, China, and Taiwan.Fortexs yarn quality and brand are recognized and assured by domestic and foreign organizations. Fortex is a member of the Vietnam Cotton and Spinning Association, a member of the International Cotton Association, and a founding member of the COTTON USA Supply Chain Program, which means all of the Fortex cotton yarn products are obliged to be made from at least 50 percent American cotton material, the best cotton material source in the world.
