- To maintain safe and healthy products with excellent quality the company has a chemical laboratory equipped with the latest machines with high capabilities to control and monitor the quality and maintain it's stability.
- - The first company in milling industries to establish a high technology microbiological lab, for insuring that the raw wheat and the released flour are free of    pathogenic  bacteria, and insuring the sanitation and hygiene.
