Our plant, equipped with COLD FORGING Machines for Bolts & Nuts capable to forge a variety of cold headed shapes, is Located at Ambernath with sales office at Thane in state of Maharashtra, India. We have sound practical experience in fastener manufacturing and have set ambitious goals for the growth, so that they can confidently meet the most stringent requirements of fasteners as per Indian/International standards.


We have a range of more that 5,000-6,000 fasteners in Stainless steel, from sizes 6mm-16mm (1/4-5/8 in) and length up to 100mm (4 in). We can also supply all types of Bolts, Nuts, Studs and any other special fasteners as per the customers requirement in various grades such as A2-70, A4-70, B6, B6X, B8, B8M,8.8,12.9 etc.

OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITY
Our plant is equipped with various machines of Japanese and German make and has started commercial production in April 2001. We can manufacture Stainless Steel Fasteners, High Tensile Fasteners and various other cold forged parts as per ASTM, IS, BS & DIN, JIS and other international Standards. We have installed a state-of-art Tool Room facility in the above plant to enable us to make tooling in-house. The manufacturing facility is backed by Quality Assurance Department having Metallurgical testing, inspection and gauging facilities.
