Usually, we need used IC wafers, or IC wafer scraps in:
Resistivity > 0.5 ohm-cm for P type, > 1.0 ohm-cm for N type.
Thickness: >0.5 mm.
Size with broken: 1 CM X 1 CM & up.
Purity: 6N & up.
Surface: bare, polish, coat.
Amount of broken and unbroken in a deal: 1,000 Kgs. & up
