Six steps of our cooperation
Step 1.
You send us a 3D model of your details with the format of IGES,STEP or x_t
Pls also send us your technical specification:
     1) Plastic material
     2) The number of core/cavity
     3) Specification of your injection molding machine
     4) Cycle time
     5) Runner method (cold or hot runner)
     6) Gate method (pin point,submarine gate,edge gate, direct gate,valve gate,pin point transfer side gate, etc)
     7) Demoulding type (automatic,semi-automatic,etc)
     8) Ejection system type (ejector pin, lifter,stripper bar,stripper plate, etc)
Step 2.
We send you draft mould assembly drawings for check your possibility of mould manufacturing
After your confirmation, we make quotation showing you the time we need for complete mould design
Step 3.
After the agreement of mould design, price, and other issues, sign the contract for down payment in 40% of total cost
Step 4.
After receiving the down payment, we start the mould design
Step 5.
After mould design is finished, you make another payment in 50% of total cost
We send you the mould assembly datas in the format of IGES,STEP, or x_t. We promise all models will be a full custruction tree.
Step 6.
After confirming the final mould design, you make the final payment in 10% of total cost.
