Our buyers are real and no inquiry is ever placed that does not have a buyer behind it already.  We require at minimum a Soft POP to issue bank information.  If your procedure does not make any allowance for proving to my clients that you have the product prior to issuing and instrument, please do not bother responding. You will just be wasting everyone's time and there is so little of it to go around.
