I would like to introduce you my company  ERGUN Chocolate & Wafers Ltd. Co. (Powder Drink & Biscuit & Cake Coming Soon)
We are settled in South Eastern part of TURKEY, in Gaziantep city Organised Industrial Zone #3 .

Our major sector is Confectionary & Chocolate & Powder Drinks & Pulses. Our company is established in year 1992 as a food stuff wholesaler. After about a decade of experience in the market,  manufacturing of confectionary and chocolate items has been started since year 2000 within 10.980 m2 factory area.

At the moment, the company reached to 20.980 m2 of indoor area supported by 94 blue-collar workers, 15 white-collar workers and growing up everyday. Another production line for Biscuits and Cakes is on the way, as soon as the construction of 15000 m2  building finishes in few months.

The quality and success staying behind our name ERGUN comes from our Research & Development team in the field. Of course, our support is combined with technological investments in paralel to hygene standarts also.

We do already certificated our quality with international standarts as follows;
- ISO 9001:2008   Quality Management System
- ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System
- ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System
- ISO 18001:2007 Occupational Health Safety Management System
The factory has a daily capacity of; 24tons chocolate/cocolin, 10 tons cocolin coated wafers, 8 tons spread chocolate, 20 tons of jelly filled cocolin bars nougat/mashmallow, and/or tablet cocolin, 11tons toffee candy, 12 tons bonbon candy. As I mentioned in the title, few months later we will start to manufacture biscuits and cakes also. 75% Of our production is consumed at international markets such as, Turkish Republics (Earlier USSR countries), Middle Eastern Countries, African Countries, The Balkan Countries, etc?
