Meshur Safranbolu Lokumcusu is a boutique firm producing all its products using only the natural nuts, dried fruits, exracts and the organic food dyes, if any product requires coloring. None of our products include chemical or synthetic additives such as thickiners, preservatives, flavoring aromas, glucose, corn syrup, synthetic  sweeteners, food dyes, colorants, etc.  For example, we flavor the rosy Turkish Delight with rose petals and colar it using red beet. We acquire the green hues from the organic food dyes acquired from grass, and the yellow hues from saffron. Thus, our products are very healthy and delicious.
