We can offer Iron ore fines for Sell grade 63.5 rej 62.5 and 61 rej 60
from India on FOR,FOB,CNF on regular long term contracts and ready
material which is available for spot shipments from various Indian ports
i.e.,Vizag,Krishnapatnam,Paradeep,Goa.

INSPECTION:               SGS/CIQ/CCIC to determine quality & quantity at the loading port.

PERFORMANCE BOND: After Seller has received acceptable payment instrument from Buyer, the Seller will issue a Performance Bond 2% of the value of the monthly shipments.

PROCEDURES:
1.         Seller to send NCNDA/MFPA.  All parties sign and return.
2.         Buyer issues ICPO with bank information and soft probe authorization.
3.         Buyer MUST provide proof of legal right to import iron ore into the destination country, (i.e., copy of import license) when submitting ICPO.  If Buyer is different than the company that will receive the shipments, then a copy of that company?s import license needs to be sent and this will be noted in the final contract.
4.         Seller issues draft contract to Buyer.
5.         Buyer and Seller negotiate directly to finalize contract and procedures.

6.         Seller provides 100% verifiable Proof of Product to Buyer to verify.
