MR. GABRIEL EJIKEME NNAKAIHE (Bsc Est Mgt, Dip Bld Const, C.S.C.S,)

MR Gabriel Ejikeme Nnakaihe holds first degree in real estate management from Abia state university, uturu okigwe Nigeria in the year 1999.
His first working experience was during his industrial training with one of the international reputable estate firm known as KNIGHT FRANK REALTORS , NIGERIA He was later posted to a high-rise multi-occupied commercial building within the central business district of lagos as a trainer property manager.
On his graduation from the university, he traveled to the United Kingdom for the furtherance of his education. On arrival to the UK, he was unable to start his studies immediately because of some financial constraints, he then started hunting for a job and in the course of searching, he eventually secured one with a construction company by the name SITE MASTER PLC and was appointed as a site supervisor.
Having not lost sight of his vision, he made some reasonable savings and applied for an admission with the LEWIS HAM COLLEGE UNIVERSITY, LONDON to study construction management, a dream which he pursued in order to have in-depth understanding of building fabrics and fittings. The admission was a huge success.
On graduating, he thought it wise to equip himself properly and to tackle any challenges at work. He went for health and safety on site management, which he was awarded SITE SAFETY MANAGER.
Based on his skill development drive he secured a job with a renowned facilities management company known as MAINSTAY RESIDENTIAL and was appointed as a building manager.
His first official task was to manage a new built 312units executive flats of 3-4bedrooms tagged KINGSWAY BUILDING. Under his management were units of cleaning operatives, technicians and security personnel. His outstanding ability to co-ordinate and manage the various team effectively, necessitated his redeployment to another new built development on 339units flats tagged VIRIDIAN BUILDING to cultivate the same standard of quality for a more result oriented client satisfaction.
Having nurtured the vision to be self reliant EGM CONTINENTAL LIMITED was given birth to in the year 2009 and was incorporated in Nigeria in the same year to carry out the services of building construction and property development including material supply.
