First established in 1985 as Ee Lee Enterprise, the company has changed its name to Ee Lee Hang Sdn Bhd (ELH) in 1998 when it started to grab the spotlight of household products and appliances market locally and internationally.During the past 15 years, ELH has continued to expand both horizontally and vertically and achieved its position as of the market leader in this industry. Tp date ELH has its own production capacity to produce more than 30,000 piece of household products and appliances. Its main products brands including more than 90 types pf scouring and kitchen sponges.One significant aspect of ELH&＃39;s capability to produce variety of products lines is its constant investment in the product research and development. It is estimated than ELH is investing approximately RM.5 million yearly in order to improve and enhance its existing range of products. As most industries have become more customer oriented, ELH recognizes the need to shift its business paradigm to the weather of today market requirements and the importance of producing high quality products. Thus, this in another contributing factor to the success of ELH in maintaining its reputation in terms of its product quality and durability.Much of the success of ELH derived from the entrepreneurial skills and visionary leadership of its late founder and managing director of the Board, Mr. L.C. Heng. His business is further assisted and spearheaded by Mrs. Heng. (Irene Tan), his beloved and trustworthy wife. Coupled with its high-powered business development teams, its staff force currently stands at 30 employees and is projected to increase in line with its business expansion.Presently, ELH has successfully controlled some of the major markets in the South East Asia as well as the Middle East countries.
