Most Unopened Products Are Returnable Within 30 Days
Returns: Most products may be returned for a refund as long as they remain unopened and the manufacturer's original shrinkwrapping or seals have not been broken.
Exchanges: Defective items or products that are "dead on arrival" (DOA) are subject to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty and may be exchanged with prior approval by the manufacturer. Please note: We cannot accept packages for return if they are not complete or not in their original manufacturer's packaging.
Damaged Shipments: If you receive a shipping carton that shows obvious damage and was delivered from a recognized commercial carrier such as UPS, FedEx, etc., then refuse the shipment and email us immediately. If upon opening a carton you discover concealed damage, contact us right away to arrange for an inspection.
