For years more than ten different implant systems have been studied with over 50 different implant designs. Having been exposed to such a variety of implant systems and designs, we have had the opportunity to critically compare and asses these systems with our long term clinical experience and supported by evidence based literature reviews.Combining the experience and the knowledge gained, our goals of implant placement and restorarion now include an implant that is integrated into natural bone. The implant should achieve superior long-term esthetic results, it should be compatible with the surrounding soft tissue and it should be made out of titanium. We designed this new implant in an attempt to satisfy the above goals in order to provide the best results. This design is a distinctly different concept in the evolution of previous designs by ITI, Astra, Nobel Biocare and 3i and also presents a revolutionary design that integrates the best of all available designs.
