In our experience 99% of LOI&＃039;s that came to us without a BCL have turned out to be a waste of time for everyone involved. LOI must be freshly dated and valid, we request a LOI (Letter of Intent) from the Direct Buyer, on Buyer&＃039;s letterhead, we need the following to enable us to quote you a firm price. - have a target prices. ( realistic target price ) - LOI must come with BCL or detailed banking info with stated authority for soft probe by the seller. - Specification of product required. - Volume of order. - Packing in bags or bulk - Shipping Details - Discharge Rate - Destination Port - Exact type of Financial instrument (FFDLC, Standby L/C, bank guarantee, fully funded DLC) - Full banking co-ordinates including account number, Contact name at bank, Confirming Bank Name and Address if bank issuing LC is not a prime bank.
