Company Introduction



1.     Buyer issues LOI and Company Profile OR Seller mandate speak to Buyer or Buyer mandate to confirm Buyer.

2.     Seller issues sign Contract (SPA) to Buyer.

3.     Buyer returns the signed SPA with 1) Buyer ATB Format with nominatedInspection company name and Inspector I.D. & telephone number 2) SupercargoSeaman I.D. with telephone number, and 3) Copy of Letter of Undertaking (LOU) or Irrrevocable Bank Payment Order (ICPO) or Irrevocable Bank Payment Undertaking (IBPU) SWIFT or EMAIL from Buyer?s Bank to Seller bank confirming Buyer will SWIFT MT-103 for entire cargo after Q&Q/SGS Reports comes out.

4.     Seller confirms SWIFT/EMAIL copy of LOU/ICPO/IBPU sent to Seller bank.

  5.   Seller issues MATB/CLEARANCE to Buyer's Supercargo and Inspector in Cotonou/Senegal/Ghana waters for them to board.

  6.   Buyer Supercargo and Inspector board loaded vessel (at Buyer's expense)
      in Cotonou/Senegal/Ghana waters. Inspector collects samples and come downwhile Supercargo
      remains on board.

  7.   Buyer's inspectors perform Q&Q and report is presented to both Buyer andSeller.

8.       Buyer then SWIFT MT-103 on the total cargo.

9.       Seller introduces Buyer to vessel owners to complete re-charter of thevessel.

10.    Seller verifies payment and releases final cargo/shipping documents to thebuyer. Buyer pays commission to Buyer side agents and seller side agents.

11.    Vessel is allowed to sail to Buyer's POD.
