Founded in 2003, Dongguan Rikang Industrial Co., Ltd. is located in Chaolang Industrial Zone, Chashan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. Covering an area of over 6,000 square meters,it is a ''double wings progressive''comprehensive manufacturer that domesticly leads the production of plastic bags and the production and sales of packaging machinery equipment.
The company has two nuclear manufacturing department:plastic bags manufacturing department and packaging machinery department.Plastic bags department has upgraded to specialized and large-scale production which has the annual producing capacity of 2000-2500 tons,and its products are widely used in electronics,machinery, clothing,food,bathroom,ect.Plastic bag production department has a dust-free workshop of 1800 square meters and a team with 15 intermediate-senior managers and technical personnel,implementing the ISO9002 quality management system and comprehensively using specialized ERP production management system.
Mainly producing many kinds of packaging products such as PE plastic bags,PO plastic bags,,PP plastic bags,OPP plastic bags,locking-head bags,square bags,hand-hanging bags,vest bags,protective film,pearl cotton sheet material,bubble bags,etc.At present,this department is mainly using various types of equipments made by itself.These equipments comprise dozens of blowing film machine which can meet all blowing film length/needs from 2cm to 200com,being able to take out all kinds of materials such as PE,PO,PP,ect;and 15 high speed computer flat bag making machine,5R machine which can cut maximally bags with one meter opening;2 elegant bridge type offset printing machines with 6 colors,3 copper-plate machines with 6-12 colors,as well as a number of production equipment such as tape products cutting machine and slitting machine,which can monthly output more than 200 tons various plastic packaging products.At the same time provide the scene for customer to visit and study plastic bags technology.
Possessing a number of senior engineers,engineers and technicians,packaging machinery department has succeeded in applying for the national patent product certification for several techniques,and it has the producing capacity of manufacturing special-shaped non-standard packaging machinery for guests to order.It has also independently created the brand of ''KangSheng''.
