Plastic injection department: we have 16 plastic injection machines which can make plastic parts using ABS, PP, PS, PVC, PMMA, etc, according to your drawings and requirements. Vaccum forming department: have 6 vacuum forming machines which can manufacture a big plastic parts using thickness of 1-10mm ABS, PS, HIPS, PMMA, PC and PVC sheet, ect, the maxi-size of plastic part can be at 3000mm x 2000mm. CNC machining department, we have 9 CNC machines which can manufacture various precision hardware parts using defferent metallic materials such stainless steel, metal, aluminum, copper, etc. Cutting and welding department: this department mainly manufacture and make metallic display, stands, racks and shelves, etc using wire, steel tube, steel sheet. Painting and silkscreening: we have 2 painting and silkscreening lines in this department where we can make different colours and designs such as Logo and Images, etc. Powder coating department: there are two powder coating lines in this workshop which we mainly make the finish on the sureface of metallic display, racks, stands and shelves. Assembly and packing: there are three assembly and packing lines which can ensure that the complex production can be asembled and have a good and protective package.
