Shenzhen Precise Hinge Technology CO. Ltd., founded in April of 2003, is a professional hinge design and manufacturing company. We are a company that first developed the most kinds of hinge for mobile phone applications in China.
We have a facility with 3000 square meters floor space and around 120 employees currently. With 6 automatic assembly lines, our current production capacity is 3000 Kpcs per month for mobile phone hinges and 1000 Kpcs per month for other types of metallic hinge.
We are equipped with sufficient and advanced inspection, testing and production equipment such as torque tester, salt-spray tester, hinge Life tester, durometer, CNC lathe, special miller, punch machine, injection molding machine etc. We are also equipped with dedicated machines for mold and tool fabrication such as grinding machine, milling machine, wire cutting machine etc.
