PURA VIDA Light dressing only has 33% oil with only 51 Kcal per serving, making it the best option of a light dressing to complement low calory diets. The latest variety of this mayonnaise-style dressing is the "unsalted" version, with an important reduction of sodium contents (just 6 mg. Compared to the 105 mg. present in the two other varietes). This facts turns it into the best choice for individuals with hipertension problems.
