DaShing Metal Manufactory is a professional manufacturer of various hardware punching parts, automatic hardware lathes/CNC lathe parts, various hardware precision CNC springs and various metal nameplates and signs, located in WuSha Industrial Zoneof Chang' an Town, an important town of hardware, machinery and molds in China.
Established in April,1995, we have a new factory building covering 8000m2.We are equipped with a lot of production and machining equipment, including 60 sets of various punching machines from 6.3T to 100T,60 sets of automatic lathes and CNC lathes,40 sets of CNC universal spring forming machines, and over 20 sets of various mold opening equipment covering lathes, milling machines, plane grinding machines, wire cutting machines, sand blasting machines and electric ovens and 100 sets of second-time machining equipment covering small punching machines, hole drilling machines, tapping machines, thread rolling machines, grooving machines, desk lathes, plate shearing machines,CO2 protective welder as well as peripheral machining equipment for the purposes of hardware polishing, sand blasting, thread grinding, silk printing, spray painting, ultrasonic cleaning and laser engraving, etc., and we have also advanced quality inspection equipment including high precision numerically controlled projectors, springs, tensile strength and pressure testers, torque testers and Vickers hardness testers.
With sophisticated equipment, scientific technology, talents of high caliber, precise inspection instruments and integrated computer-aided managed, the products are designed in compliance with international standards and made elaborately in pursuit of first-class quality.
