Our experience is derived from a vast background of almost two decades in plastic manufacture of extrusion and bag making of general-purpose plain LDPE films and bags normally used for the packaging for the rag trade and varied other industries. Our manufacturing facilities in the uk have been sufficient for such films with introduction of new products within the same sector of garment covers on the roll, and bag-on-roll for the fruit and vegetable markets.

This growth was leading to the requirement of the new packaging films in specialist field of polypropylene and biaxially orientated films for high clarity product display both in plain and in attractive printing.
These films are suitable for much wider usage in many sectors of industry from standard packaging to specialist food manufacture with the introduction of multi-layer co-extruded films. A complete new range of films and bags can be used for such applications.

We wanted to provide a wide range of material alternatives so that we can create a difference in giving a product range including food manufacture, industrial packaging and all kinds of laminations in materials ranging from LDPE to opp and CPP. Such products as bread bags, micro perforated bags, BOPP film for wrapping, carrier bags, flower sleeves, gift-wrapping, freezer bags and deli zipper bags.

We now have high quality manufacturing plants in europe&asia with the latest technology in extrusion, bag making and micro perforations. Machines are from german brueckner maschinenbau gmbh, mitsubishi heavy industry from japan and various other worldwide machine fabrication companies. We are able to make films up to 1600mm in width. We also have perfect printing standards from flexographic printing machines providing the printing in 8 colours. We also are pleased with the ISO 9001 certification at our plants.
