When a Buyer or his/her Broker contacts DIMI and requests additional information on an advertised investment we introduce the Seller (or his/her Broker) to the Buyer (or his/her Broker) for direct communication. We work closely with both the Buyer and Seller, coordinating and assuring all information that the two parties require is made available in a timely fashion, following up where necessary contacting either the Seller or the Buyer to assure the information required for decision making be readily and expeditiously available. This ongoing support is unique to our knowledge; no other form of advertising offers this type of service regardless of cost.
