Our company has the occupying area for 40,000m2 and the floorage for 15,000m2. The registered capital for the company is US$2,450,000 and the total investment is US$3,250,000. The main products include gray iron and ductile iron castings with different grades. The producing capacity is more than 10000 T per year and most of products are sold to international market.

We use the techniques of green sand molding and resin sand molding to mold by DISAMATIC and jolt-squeeze molding machine with different specs, to melt by cupolas, to make cores by shell-core machines, to remove sands by shot-blast machines, to spray by soaking production line and spraytrones, and to process by digital controlled lathes and different common laths.
