Dalian Latex Co., Ltd. is a leading latex condom manufacturer and distributor with more than 40 years' history. Our company was established in 1958 and our main products are latex condoms. We also produce other latex products, such as blood transfusion tubes, domestic gloves, surgical gloves, examination gloves, industrial gloves, and rubber-sealed bands.
Dalian Latex is based in China and distributes products to the worldwide market. We have many marketing and administration offices in various countries, such as Germany, New Zealand, South Africa and Spain. Our company has a total built-up area of 20,000 square meters and about 680 workers, including 80 technical staff with different skills.
Dalian Latex is operating according to the following equation: Technology + Process + People = Good Quality + Lower Cost.
Technology: we use European cutting-edge technology for our machinery so the quality of the products can be guaranteed.
Process: during production, inspection is carried out at each process. If one process is not qualified, the next stage must not be started. Under such a rigor quality management control, the pass rate of one-off inspection reaches more than 97%.
People: can be defined as Dalian Latex's external customers, both potential and current buyers and internal customers - employees. We provide superior condoms and serve buyers in the most efficient way. We are a producer indeed, but we always think as buyers. Condom production Capacity and Specifications:
We have six condom production lines with 0.7 billion pieces production capacity, seven electronic testing lines with 0.7 billion pieces production capacity and Thirty-one packaging machines with 0.75 billion pieces production capacity.
Apart from offering condoms for Chinese government procurements, as well as selling and distributing our own brands in domestic market, we also export our condom products to overseas markets. We have exported the products to Cuba, Spain, Venezuela, Uruguay, Ukraine, South Africa, Russia, Nigeria, England, Netherlands, Turkey, New Zealand and Czechoslovakia.
