We harvest from non polluted areas with our own trained dogs (45) and sell directly fresh truffles such as:- tuber Aestivum/Uncinatum also known as the black summer truffle (this is our main production)- tuber Melanosporum also known as the black winter truffle- tuber Brumale also known as the black winter truffle as above- tuber Magnatum also known as the white truffle- tuber Choiromyces also known as the Romanian white truffle (summer time)We provide large quantities of fresh truffles all along the year.
