CRYOTECH CO, LTD. was established in 1995 specifically to carry out the business of cryogenic vessel manufacture in Thailand. Besides tank manufacture, Cryotech has built and exported Flare Stacks, Stripping columns and High tower Platforms
Cryotech designs, builds and installs cryogenic vessels from the smallest size, 450 litres capacity, up to a maximum of 20, 000 litres within the standard ranges and with tank working pressures from 17 bar to 24 bar. All vessels can be supplied as skid mounted, horizontal, vertical leg mounted, trailer mounted, and frame mounted units. Insulation systems can be supplied for specific applications whether as perlite filled or with multiple layers of super-insulation, or a combination of both. Liquid to gas ambient air vaporisers from single-cell to multiple-cell units are manufactured from finned-aluminum tubing. They are extruded from high-grade aluminium alloys. Normal operating pressures are up to 500 psig.
As part of the comprehensive service provided by Cryotech and its affiliated company, we offer a full repair service for all types of vessel and tanker either on site or in shop, sizes from 180 litres to 200, 000 litres.
Our chief engineer has 20 years experience in Liquid and Gas Production, Liquid Oxygen, Liquid Nitrogen and Liquid Argon as well as customer tank services. Special lines and valves to serve customer need have been added and modified. Our staff have created a tight manufacturing program to attain good, robust and reliable equipment.
Every tanks we make:
100% x-ray of all welding seams in the inner vessel.
Helium leak test of inner vessel before and after assembling.
Hydrostatic test to meet ASME code.
Exceptional cleaning process for inner vessel.
All interconnecting pipes are seamless grade.
Double safety devices on both inner vessel and outer vessel.
Thicker material for outer vessel to allow for accidental collision.
Additional valves added to ease repair whilst in operation.
All vacuum-accessible ports are designed and custom made to prevent unauthorized access.
Three layers of inner coat and two layers of final epoxy coat on outer vessel.
Piping between valves is stainless steel.
Safety valves and safety devices are to international standards. (BS & B, REGO, etc. )
Low NER as a result of our special support technique.
Material for inner vessel is stainless plate TP 304, SA 240. Other material such as 9% nickel is also available on request.
Quality control is an integral part of the systems used by Cryotech Co., Ltd. All stages of the manufacturing process, from design to final testing of the finished product, involve peer-checking and external approval. Vessels can be built to British Standards, TUV or ASME codes of practice.
