Cortland line is a manufacturer and supplier of premium braids and monofilaments. Our lines can be used in any application where braid, monofilament, or cordage is required. We braid and dye dacron polyester, nylon, spectra fiber and other high tech fibers and yarns. Braid diameters range from 0.010" to 0.070" and tensile strengths from 10 to 200 lb test. Monofilaments are extruded in diameters ranging from 0.005" to 0.070" and tensile strengths from 2 to 200 lb test. These can be specially treated to modify handling and elongation characteristics as required. Plastic coatings can also be applied to braid or monofilament for special needs. All lines can be packaged in any desired length.
