Dear Sir or Madam, We would like to introduce Coop. Extremeña de Ajos de Aceuchal, a producer and distributor garlic cooperative based in the Extremadura region of South-western Spain. The cooperative was founded in 2003 by 26 producers with the aim of offering high quality products respectful with the environment and engaged with a sustainable development. Traceability and integral production were one of our main goals and we are EurepGAP certified for fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as ISO 9001:2000. Our premises are fully-equipped with the latest technology-systems that make possible a production of 10.000 kg per day that we stock in our own warehouse for a later distribution. We offer the following range of products: • Fresh garlic • Whole peeled garlic • Dehydrated garlic flakes • Dehydrated garlic granules • Dehydrated garlic powder In terms of distribution, we market the 25% of our production to Spanish supermarkets, slaughter houses and meat industries and the 75% to Portuguese distributors.
