Need 200-250K Metric Tons bi-weekly Spot or contract

Closing in 96 hours or less after POP is confirmed

POP should include these Docs:

&＃8226; Tank Receipts
&＃8226; Letter from Refinery stating product availability * (Most important)
&＃8226; Export License
&＃8226; Letter from the Ministry of Energy  
Contract must be Assignable: as It will be assigned to an end user.

RWA will be presented and logged with bank for Bank2Bank Soft Probe

Paymaster will be: Attorney Escrow -Contact numbers to be provided after NCND JV partnership agreement has been executed.
