Company Introduction
Bryant Fuel Systems builds its aboveground storage tanks to Underwriter Laboratories UL-142 standards. This widely recognized industrial standard for storing flammable and combustible liquids ensures the products we build are safe and conform to sound engineering principals. What does this mean for you? Tanks built to UL-142 standards are estimated to have a 70-year lifespan.
Our commitment to quality goes a step further by our approach to manufacturing. We have a highly skilled workforce we pay fair wages and good benefits to. We do this because we want to attract and retain a highly motivated, productive workforce. We also work closely with our supply chain vendors. The flow of materials into our plant is critical to producing your order quickly and efficiently. Although we send our tanks around the world, our tanks have a high domestic content of U. S.
Products. The steel, pumps, paint, fittings, hoses, filters, electrical components are mainly produced in the US--Right down to the nuts and bolts we use.
We double weld seams (both inside and out) with thick beads to ensure our tanks dont leak. Our saddles are also fully welded. No welding. We do this to prohibit moisture from building up, prohibiting rust. Many customers request a skid or frame underneath their tank. We build these with a rigid cross-beam system which creates a firm, level platform.
For tanks ordered with containments (dikes) our 10-gauge walls are corrugated with structural reinforcements that make for rugged, durable wall. This may cost a little more, but it maintains the integrity of the overall system and greatly reduces the potential for catastrophic failure.
