In 1992, after cooperating with DuPont U.S. and Pilkington UK, started making bulletproof glass. In 1995, the Group acquired Chongqing Jinjiang Architectural Decoration Engineering Co., LTD, establishing Video Company which made Posts and video equipment sales into the surveillance industry. In 1998, the Group Holding of state-owned enterprise, the revitalization of real estate development company in Chongqing and in 2001 Founded ShaMan Chongqing's technology Co., LTD. into biological chemical industry, ITD still kept fast growth.
