With its initial establishment in 1993, registered capital of 58.08989 million RMB and headquarter located in Beibei Tongxing Industrial Zone of Chongqing, Chongqing Changjiang River Moulding Material (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CCRMM) boasts 10 manufacturing bases situated in Chongqing, Sichuan, Hubei, Jiangsu and Inner Mongolia, where CCRMM enjoys 22 full automatic resin coated sand production lines, 20 reclaimed sand production lines and 2 silica sand production lines with its respective annual production capacity of 1.2 million metric tons resin coated sand and reclaimed sand as well as 500,000 metric tons silica sand.Â
CCRMM has 893 employees in total, including 72 professional technical experts and 57 managers. CCRMM also has a technology R&D center of Chongqing municipal level and a strong R&D team with extremely great R&D strength by establishing a Dr Studio with Southwest University and a joint R&D team with Tsinghua University, Chongqing University, Southwest University and Sichuan University.Â
CCRMM introduced American techniques in 2007 and successfully researched and developed a series products like resin coated silica sand proppant and resin coated ceramic proppant with the combination of resin coated sand technique for foundry. The products of more than 10 types like silica sand proppant, resin coated silica sand proppant and resin coated ceramic proppanthave passed the test of authoritative organizations home and abroad, and the product quality proves to meet the requirements stated in “SY/T 5108-2006†and “ISO 13503-2â€.
