INTRODUCTION TO CHOIRKHAIRKHAN LLCChoirkhairkhan LLC was established in 2009, carrying out wool processing productions using Chinese technology for sales in the domestic and foreign markets. Between August 2009 and May 2012, we implemented a project to build a factory for washing 3000 tons of unclean wool and processing 85 tons of carded cashmere, providing 30 new jobs and constructing a factory facility with a space of 1523 sq./m, a steamboiler building with a space of 230 sq./m, a dirty water sediment chamber and other constructions. From 2012 to 2014, the company took out Chinggis bond-sourced soft loans from the Government, expanding the operation of the Card Unit and constructing a factory with a capacity to produce 200 tons of carded wool and felt. Accordingly, the factory with a capacity to produce 20,000 pieces of yurt felts provided 50 new jobs. Nowadays, there are 64 full-time workers and 18 seasonal employees in the factory. The factory is also provided with raw materials from total 69 soums of 7 provinces via 60 accredited representatives of the company. At one time, 1000 tons of sheep wool, 200 tons of camel hair and 50 tons of cashmere are supplied to keep the continuous operation of the factory. Using the said high quality raw materials, we manufacture ecologically pure products such as 350 tons of washed sheep wool, 100 tons of washed camel hair, 100 tons of carded sheep wool, 50 tons of carded camel hair and 10,000 pieces of yurt felts for the demands of the new century consumers.
