The moldbase we usually used are LKM and ASSAB.components are DME standard.Also we are certified and committed to the comprehensive ISO9001 quality standard and demonstrate this by providing high quality tooling,designing and manufacturing.The detailed procedure as below:mold design control,mold steel hardness inspection,mold electrodes inspection,mold cavity/core dimension inspection,mold pre-assembly inspection,mold trail reporta and samples inspection,mold pre-shipping final inspection.
We can produce more than 50 sets molds a month,usually the average delivery time is one month or even shorter.
