China-Base Ningbo Co., Limited (Shines) was founded in Sep. 2004, as a manufacturer in Ningbo. We are engaged in flameless candles, candle lanterns and other LED decoration items. During years' exploitation and development, now we have 2 plant buildings for production, covering 5,000sqm and 3,000sqm respectively. We also have a well-decoration showroom covering an area of 1,100sqm for product selection. Now our annual output reaches 20 million pcs, increasing 100% in the last 3 years.

We have over 100 staff members, 5 technicians and 2 senior engineers. Also, we have established wide partnerships with over 130 customers in the USA and Europe. Our products are proved to be satisfying. We have passed BSCI audit while products also pass all the tests for American and European markets, like CE, EMC, RoHS, EN 62471, Total Cadmium, PAHs, AZO, Phathalate, battery directive, SCCP, lead free and REACH.
