Chengdu WuJun industry Co., Ltd was established in 1986, produce leather shoes than 30 years(men shoes at first). Aoluola Leather Products Co., Ltd acctached WuJun, established in 2006,focus on the export women shoes more than ten years.In order to keep the pace with the times, we have been leading lean management in Aoluola factory since 2014, which is to ensure and improve the quality, quantity and delivery, from commercial team to PMC, purchasing, cost control and to production team.With the experience and development of 10 years in lady shoes, we have 2 cutting rooms, 4 lasting lines and 15 stitching lines, and there are 800 workers in the factory. Also we have a small line for the high quality shoes with 25-30 workers in the lasting line. In the year 2016, we have produced about 1,900,000 pairs of lady shoes, and the export value is up to US$ 30 millions.Our main customers are in the US, Russia, Australian,Italy, Ukraine, Belarus etc. For different customers, we have different teams to work with, the commercial team, designer team, technician team, production team.
