Changzhou Yuma Precision Stamping Co., Ltd., founded in 2007, has specialized in production of motor cores (also known as motor laminations, rotor stacks and stator stacks), for 9 years and are equipped with 17 sets of high-speed stamping presses, such as KYORI from 80 to 200ton in capacity, AIDA in 125ton capacity, and ING YU in 125ton. We have accumulated 9-year experience in staking-and-rotation technique (also known as the indexing technology), in order to compensate for the material thickness variations or to produce a skew angle, in which the dies are designed to rotate the lamination in the staking die cavity. Thanks to such technique, the stacks of laminations we produce exhibit better balance and parallelism.
