Quality Warranty


  Tenso products are warranted for a period of six month from the date of shipment. All products found to be defective in workmanship or material within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced,but this warranty is invalid for any product which is subject to misuse, exposed to chemicals, etc.


Business Terms



1.  Minimum order

Each order is no less than 10000 dollars, if not, we will charge you 200 dollars per order covering domestic handling fee.


2. Payment term

100% irrevocable LC at sight in our favor;T/T to our account when booking


3. Delivery term
Usually 45-50 days after receiving your LC or your payment
