We have three kinds of welding electrode i.e low-carbon steel electrode, stainless steel electrode and cast iron electrode.
1, low-carbon steel electrode
(1) E6013 ---- high titania type electrode used for welding in all position. It has excellent weldablity and is suitable for welding low-carbon steel light-gauge sheet or light structures where beautiful bead appearance is requested. Such as vehicles, building and machinery. etc.
(2) E7018 ----- high efficiency iron powder hydrogen type electrode  which is suitable for welding key structure of medium and thick plate. The deposition efficiency can be raised.
(3) E6010 ------ Suitable for welding petroleum natural gas piping.
(4) E4303 ------ It has excellent fabrication welding and good mechanical properties, used for welding key low carbon structures, such as vehicles, building and machinery, etc.
2, stainless steel electrode
(1) E308-16 ------ welding same kind of austenitic stainless steel.
(2) E308L-16 ------- welding extra low carbon austenitic stainless steel. Such as 00Cr 19Ni10, it has more excellent resistance to the intercrystalline than E308-16.
(3) E347-16 & 347-15 ------- used for welding 0Cr19NillTi stainless steel. The resistance to the intercrystalline has been improved as it contains Nb.A137 can be used on DC only.
