Changshu Demei Knitting Co., Ltd. specializes in jacquard knitted fabrics, located in Changshu, Jiangsu Province. We are equipped with advanced equipment such as computerized jacquard single jersey making machines, double-sided jacquard machines, jacquard towel making machines and related integrated finishing equipment.
Our main products are divided into the following four series:
Firstly, our towel fabrics are front towel fabrics, inverse towel fabrics, jacquard towel fabrics (including computerized knitted jacquard high & low loop terry), auto strip towel fabrics, jacquard polar fleeces, double-face polar fleeces, velvets, and auto strip velvets.
Secondly, our rib series include rib loop transfer ribs and jacquard ribs.
Thirdly, our single circular knitted fabrics include auto strip jerseys, auto piques, eyelet fabrics, purl fabrics, single jacquard, and elastic jersey.
Fourthly, our double-face knitted fabrics include auto strip interlocks, elastic interlocks, jacquard interlocks and interlocking ribs.
We also offer some special effect fabrics with special finishing. With printing and burnt-out finishing, we produce different kinds of printed and burnt-out fabrics, including viscose spandex jerseys, CVC / T/C jerseys and velvets; with creep finishing, we offer fabrics with creep effect in polyester, CVC and T/C materials; through the technique of yarn dyeing, we can produce all kinds of strip fabrics such as jerseys, interlocks and ribs.
Besides, we have successfully developed some fabrics with the functions of UV-protection, anti-bacteria and anti-deodorant, as well as waterproof fabrics. Regarding raw materials, we not only use regular materials of cotton, CVC, CR, T/C, and T/R, but also develop fabrics made by modal, tencel, bamboo fiber, T/C moisturized yarn, organic cotton, bamboo carbon fiber and other materials.
