Beginning with the 21st centry,
a word coming into our mind will be "Change"

Also, considering the frist century the new Millennium, another two words coming up will be "new generation" and "information". "New generation" in the new Millennium changes the tradition very fast, marking us fell there is no generation gap. Changes just in a couple of months make huge difference, which will show us soon.

Second, "pouring information" gives us countless data easy and fast, regardless of shether we need or not.
That concerns us to select essential information which drive us into a right direction and to survive in the "new generation". we should set up a change-oriented mind.
